Kids' allergy relief: daily or just when needed?

NCT ID NCT05299086

First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looked at whether children with year-round allergies need to use a steroid nasal spray every day or only when symptoms bother them. Sixty-eight children aged 6 to 18 took part. The goal was to see if using the spray only as needed works just as well as daily use, while possibly reducing side effects and medication use.
