Summary
This study aimed to find the right concentration of two grass allergen extracts (timothy and orchard grass) that cause a skin reaction similar to histamine. 31 adults with grass allergies had skin prick tests with different strengths of the extracts. The goal was to improve the accuracy and consistency of allergy skin tests.
