Summary
This study looks at how to best give the drug pegaspargase to children and teens with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). About 2,000 participants will receive either one or two doses during early treatment to see which approach works better and causes fewer severe side effects. The goal is to improve the already high cure rates while making treatment safer.
