Summary

This study looks at how to best give a chemotherapy drug called pegaspargase to children and teenagers with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). About 2,000 participants will either get one large dose or two smaller doses of the drug during treatment. The goal is to see which method works better and causes fewer side effects, helping improve cure rates for this blood cancer.
