Summary

This study looks at how tiny genetic differences (called SNPs) in ALK and CYP3A4 genes influence how well the drug alectinib works and what side effects it causes in people with ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer. Researchers will collect blood samples from 600 patients and use precise DNA sequencing to find these genetic markers. The goal is to better understand why some patients respond differently to the same treatment.
