Summary
This study is testing a drug called alisertib for children and young adults with rare, aggressive tumors called AT/RT and MRT. It is for patients whose cancer has come back and for those newly diagnosed. The goal is to see if adding alisertib to standard treatments helps control the disease and stop it from growing.
