Summary
This study tests a computer algorithm that listens to heart sounds recorded by electronic stethoscopes to find murmurs that may signal structural heart disease. About 125 adults with known heart conditions will have their heart sounds recorded and compared with standard echocardiograms. The goal is to see if the algorithm can accurately detect these murmurs, which could lead to faster and easier diagnosis.
