First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether the Alexander Technique, a method that teaches better posture and movement, can help teenagers aged 13 to 16 with upper cross syndrome (a common postural problem). Thirty-six participants will either practice the Alexander Technique at home with parent supervision or do standard posture exercises. Researchers will measure changes in head and shoulder position, spine curve, and pain levels to see which approach works better.
