Can mindful movement fix tech neck in teens?

NCT ID NCT07248748

Summary

This study is testing if a home exercise program based on the Alexander Technique can help teens with poor posture and pain from using phones and computers. About 50 participants, aged 13-16, will either do these mindful movement exercises or standard posture exercises. Researchers will measure changes in pain, head position, and shoulder rounding to see which approach works better.
