Summary
This study is developing and testing the first alcohol use disorder treatment designed specifically for transgender and gender non-conforming adults. About 30 participants will try an adapted form of interpersonal psychotherapy that addresses unique life experiences affecting drinking. The goal is to see if the therapy is acceptable and can reduce heavy drinking days.
