VA tests quick alcohol help for women veterans

Summary
This study is developing and testing a short behavioral treatment program designed specifically for women Veterans who struggle with alcohol use. The program will be delivered during regular primary care visits and aims to help participants reduce drinking, decrease alcohol-related problems, and improve overall quality of life. Researchers will compare this new approach to the standard care usually provided in primary care settings.
