Summary
This study is testing a new support program for people who have received a liver transplant due to alcohol-related liver disease and have a history of alcohol use disorder. The program combines a personal recovery coach with access to an online sober community. Researchers want to see if this combined approach is practical and helpful for patients, and if it can support their recovery and health after transplant.
