Summary
This study aims to better understand the journey of recovery from alcohol use disorder. Researchers are following 250 people who receive 12 weeks of therapy, tracking their progress closely during treatment and for up to 4.5 years afterward. The goal is to map out the different paths people take, learn what helps them succeed, and clarify the definitions of recovery, remission, and relapse.
