Summary
This study tested an education program called 'Choizitaconso' designed to help people with alcohol use disorder. The program teaches practical skills to help participants reduce their drinking and the harms it causes, rather than focusing only on complete abstinence. Researchers compared 90 people who either did or did not take the 6-month program to see if it helped lower their alcohol-related problems and improve quality of life.
