NHS study digs into what makes alcohol support work—or not
NCT ID NCT07580378
First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at how acceptable alcohol-related support programs are to patients and staff, and what social or economic factors influence whether people stick with them. Researchers will review data from about 2,000 patients and interview staff who provided the support. The goal is to understand what helps or hinders engagement, not to test a new treatment.
