NCT ID NCT07061925

Summary

This study tested whether a new drug called ALC-2203 could help people with acute bronchitis feel better faster. It involved 169 adults who had recently developed bronchitis symptoms like cough and chest pain. Researchers compared several doses of the new drug against a placebo (dummy pill) and an existing treatment to see which worked best at reducing symptom severity over one week.
