Breathing breakthrough? study tests best way to deliver lung drug
NCT ID NCT01799538
Summary
This study aims to find out if a breathing medicine called albuterol works better for women with a rare lung disease (LAM) when given through a nebulizer machine versus a standard inhaler. Researchers will measure lung function in about 100 women over three days to see which method provides greater relief for breathing difficulties. The goal is to provide clearer guidance on the best way to use this common medication for this specific condition.
