Summary
This study tests whether adding a protein called albumin to standard stroke treatment helps people recover better. About 306 adults who had a major stroke and received a clot-removal procedure will be randomly assigned to get either albumin plus standard care or standard care alone. The goal is to see if albumin improves daily functioning three months later.
