New hope for thyroid cancer patients after standard treatments fail

Summary
This study is testing whether a new capsule called AL2846 can help control advanced thyroid cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. It will compare AL2846 against a placebo in 144 adults whose cancer has progressed despite previous therapy. The main goal is to see if AL2846 can significantly delay cancer growth compared to the placebo.
