Summary
This study tests a new medicine called AK139 for people with moderate to severe seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever). About 111 adults aged 18 to 65 will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it reduces nasal symptoms like sneezing, itching, and congestion. The main goal is to measure symptom improvement over two weeks and check for side effects.
