Summary
This study tested two experimental drugs, AK119 and AK112, with or without chemotherapy, in 59 adults with advanced non-squamous lung cancer that has a specific EGFR gene change and stopped responding to standard targeted therapy. The goal was to see if the combination is safe and shrinks tumors. The study was terminated early, so results are limited.
