Summary

This study tests whether combining two experimental drugs, AK112 and VG2025, can safely shrink tumors in people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. About 72 adults who have already tried at least one standard treatment will receive the combination. The main goals are to check for side effects and see how many patients experience tumor shrinkage.
