Factory swap test: does new site make same cancer drug?
NCT ID NCT07340476
Summary
This study aims to see if a cancer drug called AK112, made at a new factory, behaves the same way in the body as the drug made at the original, approved factory. It will involve 108 healthy male volunteers to compare how long the drug stays in their blood and check for safety. The goal is to ensure the new manufacturing site produces an identical product.
