Summary
This study tested a new drug called AK112 in 108 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIB/IV) whose tumors had a PD-L1 score of 1% or higher. The drug is a bispecific antibody that targets both PD-1 and VEGF to help the immune system fight cancer and slow tumor growth. The main goals were to see how well the drug shrinks tumors and to check for side effects.
