Summary
This phase II study tests a new drug called AK112 (a bispecific antibody that targets PD1 and VEGF) combined with standard chemotherapy in 265 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIB/C or IV). The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors and how safe it is. Participants must be 18-75 years old and in fairly good health.
