Summary
This study tests two experimental drugs (AK112 and cadonilimab) plus standard chemotherapy in people with stage IV pancreatic cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors or slow the cancer. About 110 adults who have not had prior treatment for metastatic disease will take part.
