Summary

This study tests two experimental drugs (AK112 and AK104) given together, with or without chemotherapy, for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be treated with surgery or radiation. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 233 adults aged 18–75 with stage IIIB/C or IV lung cancer are taking part.
