NCT ID NCT05382442
Summary
This study is testing two experimental drugs, AK112 and AK117, either alone or together, for people with metastatic colorectal cancer that has spread and cannot be surgically removed. The main goals are to see if these drugs can shrink tumors, control the cancer's growth, and are safe for patients. It includes people who have either not yet received standard chemotherapy or who have already tried it.
