First seen Mar 12, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tested a combination of two experimental drugs (AK112 and AK117) with or without chemotherapy in 154 adults with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to other treatments. The goal was to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors. The drugs work by helping the immune system attack cancer cells and blocking blood vessel growth to the tumor.
