First seen Mar 04, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This phase 3 study tests whether a shot (subcutaneous) form of the drug AK104 works as well as the IV form when combined with chemotherapy for advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. About 422 people who have not had prior treatment for their advanced cancer will take part. The goal is to see if the shot is easier to give and still controls the disease.
