Summary

This study is for people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer who haven't had prior treatment. It aims to see if giving the immunotherapy drug AK104 as an injection under the skin (subcutaneous) works as well and is as safe as giving it through an IV, when both are combined with standard chemotherapy. The main goal is to compare how the body processes the drug with each method and to measure how well the treatments control the cancer.
