Summary

This study is testing whether using high-efficiency air purifiers at home can help people with interstitial lung disease (ILD) feel better. Researchers want to see if cleaner indoor air reduces breathing problems, improves lung function, and makes daily life more comfortable. About 100 participants will try using air purifiers in their homes to see if it helps.
