Summary
This study tests whether a new moisturizer made with a seawater ingredient works as well as a leading brand for treating mild to moderate eczema. About 86 children and adults will use one of two balms daily. The goal is to see if the new balm can match the standard treatment while possibly improving skin bacteria balance.
