Summary

This study is testing whether a specially adapted Aikido exercise program can help adults who have weakness or limited function in one hand or wrist. Researchers will compare 10 people doing twice-weekly Aikido sessions for four months against 10 people who do not exercise. The goal is to see if the martial arts training improves physical strength, range of motion, pain levels, and overall well-being.
