Summary
This study compares two chemotherapy combinations in 88 children (ages 6 months to 18 years) whose rhabdomyosarcoma has returned or not responded to prior treatment. One group receives doxorubicin liposome plus irinotecan (AI regimen), the other receives the standard VIT regimen. The main goal is to see which combination shrinks tumors more after two cycles of treatment.
