Summary
This study is testing whether a mental health education program delivered by an AI-powered virtual agent is as effective as the same program taught by a real teacher. It involves 360 middle and high school students in Shanghai, who will attend six weekly sessions. Researchers will measure changes in the students' mental health knowledge, attitudes, and overall well-being to see if the digital approach works just as well.
