AI takes on the trainer: can a computer design a better pilates routine for your neck?

NCT ID NCT07205835

Summary

This study tested whether a Pilates exercise plan created by artificial intelligence (AI) works as well as one designed by a studio for people with forward head posture. Forty adults with poor neck posture did twice-weekly Pilates sessions for six weeks, with half following the AI plan and half the studio plan. Researchers measured changes in posture, neck pain, flexibility, and quality of life to see which approach was more effective.
