AI takes on knee pain: can smart exercises beat traditional therapy?
NCT ID NCT07405034
Summary
This study aims to see if an exercise program guided by artificial intelligence (AI) works better than standard physical therapy exercises for people with chronic knee pain from patellofemoral pain syndrome. It will involve 40 adults who will do a 6-week exercise program, with one group using the AI-guided plan and the other using the conventional plan. Researchers will measure changes in pain, knee function, and knee alignment before and after the program to compare the two approaches.
