AI vs. doctor: the battle to spot cancerous colon polyps

Summary
This study is testing whether artificial intelligence (AI) software can help doctors find and classify colon polyps better than a standard colonoscopy. About 915 patients over age 50 will be randomly assigned to have their colonoscopy done with or without the AI tool. The main goal is to see if the AI helps find more pre-cancerous growths and correctly identifies their type.
