AI takes the test: can robots write better medical exams than humans?
NCT ID NCT07481162
Summary
This study tested whether medical exam questions created by artificial intelligence (AI) are as good as those written by senior medical students. First-year medical students took a practice exam where half got AI-generated questions and half got human-written ones. Researchers compared the exam quality, student scores, and how students felt about each type of question.
