First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether an AI-powered software can accurately match the color of front teeth compared to a digital spectrophotometer, which is the current standard. Researchers will enroll 268 adults in Egypt to see if the AI method is reliable enough for everyday dental use. The goal is to make shade selection faster and more objective, improving the look of dental crowns and fillings.
