Summary
This study tested an artificial intelligence (AI) system designed to help doctors read first-trimester fetal ultrasound images (taken between 11 and 14 weeks of pregnancy). A total of 551 pregnant people took part. The AI's performance was compared to a panel of expert maternal-fetal medicine doctors to see if it could correctly identify key views and measurements.
