NCT ID NCT07428109

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests an artificial intelligence (AI) system that listens to phone calls from people seeking urgent medical help. The AI aims to identify which patients truly need to go to the hospital emergency department and which can be treated elsewhere. Researchers will compare the AI's decisions with those of doctors, using data from over 40,000 patient calls in France.
