Summary
This study aims to develop and test an artificial intelligence (AI) tool designed to predict when accessing the bile duct during a common endoscopic procedure (ERCP) will be difficult. The AI will be trained and validated using thousands of images from 600 patients undergoing the procedure. The goal is to give doctors an early warning, potentially improving procedure planning and patient safety.
