NCT ID NCT05678764
Summary
This study observed over 100,000 people to see if using an AI-powered conversation tool could improve how people access talk therapy. It compared people using this new tool to those using standard referral methods, looking at changes in depression and anxiety scores, wait times, and dropout rates. The goal was to gather information on whether this technology could make mental health services more efficient and accessible.
