Summary
This study tested a computer-based decision support tool called 'naevia medical' to see if it helps doctors make better treatment recommendations for heart valve disease. Researchers looked back at 106 past patient cases to compare the quality of recommendations made with and without the tool's help. The goal was to see if the tool increased good advice and decreased bad or missing advice for patients.
