Summary
This study tests an artificial intelligence (AI) tool designed to help surgeons locate tiny blood vessels in the skin during reconstructive surgery using a piece of leg bone. The goal is to see if the AI can find these vessels as accurately as surgeons do during the operation, potentially saving hours of manual work. About 49 adults who need this type of surgery will participate. If successful, the AI could make complex reconstructions more efficient and reliable.
