Summary
This study is testing a new AI-powered health system called AI-HEALS. It combines Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles with modern artificial intelligence to create personalized health and lifestyle plans. The goal is to help adults who have high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol better manage their conditions.
