Summary
This study tested whether a new smart computer program could help hospital nurses better prevent and manage bedsores (pressure injuries). Researchers compared patient data before and after the program was introduced to see if it made nurses' assessments more timely and accurate, and if it reduced the number of bedsores that developed in the hospital. The goal was to use technology to improve the quality of care for patients at risk.
