AI steps in to help kids master the tricky 'R' sound
NCT ID NCT05988515
Summary
This study is testing whether adding artificial intelligence (AI) to home practice can help school-age children who have trouble pronouncing the 'r' sound. All children will get weekly video sessions with a human speech therapist for 5 weeks. Some will also get extra weekly practice sessions with an AI coach, either during or after the human sessions, to see which timing works better for learning.
