Summary

This study tested whether wearing a smartwatch with special AI software could help people with mood disorders take their medication more consistently. For four weeks, 78 participants either used the smartwatch or received their usual care. The main goal was to see if the watch could improve the rate of medication adherence compared to standard treatment.
